I just recently within the past couple weeks got a case sickle bar mower almost identical to yours. It is old and rusted but it had the belt. The belt is 44in. long, 7/8in. width, and 9/16in. thick. It is an old belt so it might be worn a lot. The mower had been sitting in the back of an old dump-truck for 20 years. The farmer told me though that it worked great when he put it there. The belt was broken but thankfully it was lying under the mower so I can get a new one the same size. I will hopefully get it running soon. Any questions give me an e-mail, maybe I can be of some help. Take care.
