I jsut did the same thing. My bolt heads were complteley rusted and i could not get a wrench on any of them. I cut the heads off with a cutting wheel, pulled the manifold off and let some PB blaster on there for about 15 mins. Every bolt came out with a pair of vise grips with little effort.
