Would not know your tractor if I was looking at as it is contruction machines I deal with,I had a look at the online parts layout for your tractor and I see that the pump is mounted with the filter top bolted directly to the pump,a suction line goes back to the transmission, check that line is not drawing air or the rubber hose is not damaged, there is a hose at the filter with screw clips and another at the other end,the tube itself could be letting air in if it has been rubbing on anything.
Good Luck
