990 david Brown Hyd will lift no load when load is added The oil by pass the ram cyl & dumps into the lift control section all linage is free .is there a valve stuck or not holdinng

I Put a presure gage on the remote valve & have 1800 lbs pressure & no oil dumping in the control body . Can someone help me out ken
