It is located in a heavy metal filter housing on the right side (kind of under the brake petals). The filter housings on my 1070 have a small drain plug on the bottom and then you need a 1 1/4" wrench to remove the bottom of the filter housing. Spring loaded so watch it when you run out of threads. If you have 2 housing, need 2 different filters.
