There are four bolts holding the coupling to the pulley,undo the four bolts and push the coupling towards the pump,it should slid back enough to get the belt to go between the coupling and pulley.if its frozen to the spline you will have to loosen the pump mounting bolts and maybe the pipes as well and move the lot back enough to get the belt in.
