The fan belt broke and needs replaced. I need to get my new fan belt underneath the bottom pulley, trying to take the hydralic pump loose but it won't come loose. Don't know if the splines are just rusted or if there is some sort of keeper on there. Can anyone give me any advice on figuring this out??
