First that -13 will test things.As AJ said screen or filter could be plugged with ice or dirt an cold weather was final straw. Having said that universal hyd is not oil for it. CaseTCH-LOWTEMP HYTRANS part no141941a2 OR ATF WOULD BE MY CHOICE.Capacity is 4 gal. First i would check dipstick. Normally you would run engine couple minutes than stop an check dipstick. However dont want you to run with starved system so if dipstick shows over full yoy should be ok. If ok i would remove 4 cap screws on filter on rt side an check filter. If careful you can reuse gasket an you also can wash an reuse edge wound filter- new would be better.AJ you sure help a lot of folks on her.I read your responsespretty often, Keep it up!
