I agree, it should slide forward a lot easier. Believe me I tried!
I wrote myself a note, and put it in the manual so if I ever have to do this again, I will just go ahead and immediately loosen the hyd pump as well.
Looks much better with the new tensioner in place, but I'll be sure to keep an eye on it.
