AJ, thanks for the response, and I hope you see this follow up.
Releasing the tension on the belt, the pulley on the tensioner seems fine, rotates freely, no play, etc. I don't know what else to look for.
When the machine is running, there is quite a bit of vibration, almost bouncing at the tensioner. I don't know if that's normal, or indicative of a problem? How else can I diagnose this problem. I don't mind replacing the tensioner if I have to, I'd just like to feel a little better about doing it.
