I don't get to do any ag tractors but plenty construction equipment esp the ones doing utility work and left by the roadside over night, vandal damage is very common, nearly all modern day machines have the glass bonded in,cleaning off the old adhesive is a pain but a must, all the old glue must come off down to the metal, miss a bit and the new glass is liable break if there is a high spot when you press it into place, you need one of those guns to put the adhesive cartridge in and put about a 3/8" bead around the frame in the middle of the area where the old bead was,do not smear it flat, just leave it as it came out of the nozzle, put the glass in place with a steady even pressure and tape it there,do nothing else,if the adhesive has oozed out leave it till it hardens and then cut off the excess with a sharp knife,if you try to wipe it off it makes an awful mess,I also do have some small spacers to put under the glass to keep it even if it fits into a frame.
Good luck
