The spring loaded tensioner is the most likely cause,they modified the tensioner as where the arm pivoted inside wore and even though the pulley would rotate freely it would be running out of line,the unit comes as an assembley part # A77817,check the pulley for movement,check the fan bearings,waterpump and alternator just in case its one of them.
