I changed my fan belt about 300 hours ago, and the new one already needs replacement. You could see the old one had lost a little bit of it's width. It doesn't seem to rotate perfectly straight. It's the grooved belt aprox 1" wide. It's a PIA to change and I don't want to do this every year or two. Any suggestions? My new one is more in need of replacement than the old one which had about 1300 hours on it.
