I think that is about right as the holes in the wheels are always bigger than the studs otherwise it would be tricky to mount the wheel if both were the same size,the cone shape of the lug nut centres the studs in the middle,links are not allowed here so I am sending you an email with the address of the online parts site where you can see a drawing of the parts for your David Brown Case tractor,if you already have it ignore the email.
