m670 tractor , torque amplifier slips ?????

I have a minniapolis moline m670 which works great except . I use the tractor on a snowblower and after letting it warm up for 30 minuites the torque amplifier slips in low range . the tractor works fine in high range but is too fast for blowing snow ....any suggestions ?????
ps. I changed all the oils already ...
