Hello,
I am trying to help neighbor with his m670. Has sat for couple years. Cleaned carb. new needle & seat, gaskets etc. and have gas flow. Tractor has fire at plugs & can observe black smoke out exhaust,when turning over engine, but does not attempt to hit or sputter and have choked heavily, but can not get sign of gas on plugs when removed after choking & turning engine over for couple minutes. Any suggestions??
