i have a 445 that i cannot get the power steering or 3 point adjusted correctly. i have tried everyting in the book. my pressure is a bit low, according to the book it should have around 1000 psi and i have 800. i have a loader on this tractor and with the loader on, it is hard to steer. without the loader, it's not too bad. but, i cant get the 3 point adjusted either. is this all a pressure issue i need a new pump
