Check the spark like Jim says but I would also check for fuel flow. Remove plug from the bottom of carb and measure the flow. should fill a pint jar in 2-3 minutes. You have three filters and anyone of them could be pluged. You could just be buring the fuel thate is in the bowl. Also if you do not have the fuel flow, tap the side of the carb with the HANDLE of a hammer. The float shutoff needle could be sticking.
