As recommended on here by the experts, you'll also want to check your float needle. If the new kit one has the rubber tip, it tends to get stuck. When I rebuilt the carb on my Jubilee, the new rubber tipped needle was getting stuck not allowing any fuel through. I switched back to the metal tipped needle, fired right up. Worth checking.
