Frank, that's what I was afraid of and why I told him that the best way to check is to see where the rotor is actualy pointing.
Yes, they are a great old tractor, mine has never been rebuilt that I know of. I don't know how many hours it has on it. The proof meter was stuck when I bought it. I replaced that and the cable and have put on, I think, about 150 hours since then.
