ok, this is the same naa that is having oil out of exaust manifold, tractor idels good but bogs down under load, any way i checked the compresion on cylinders and 4=110psi, 3=40psi, 2=60psi, 1=90psi, cylinder 3&2 had what looked like a drop or two of water on plug. this tarctor does not smoke out of tail pipe but oil leaks out of exhaust manifod, do yall think that maby i have a valve issue verus a ring issue, i think if its the valves this would explain more than a ring issue, do i need a overhaul of engine or a valve job, what are my choices and were can i get parts with out breaking my wallet.
