Rodney, Sometimes a throw-out bearing will only make noise when the clutch is depressed but will go quiet or the noise will change when the clutch is released. I think a noisey pilot bearing is rare. Does it make noise at a stop or while moving?
Becides John Smiths web site, you might want to invest in the I&T FO-4 service manual. They are worth the moderate price. Let us know.
