You are learning, next you can split the tractor and see what the real problem is. Just keep it safe. Floor jack and overhead chain hoist will work great. Don't really need the overhead hoist, can just use jacks and blocking underneath. you just have to be able to move tehe engine haft forward and keep it safe while you are doing it.
