I would check the head gasket first. It's a relatively easy fix. I recently bought a 8N that had antifreeze in the oil but had descent oil pressure. They had changed the head gasket but didnt re-torque it after letting it run for awhile and it started leaking again. I got it and had the head milled enough to flatten it out and installed it and retorqued it 3 times for good measure. A cracked head is another possibility but a new head is cheap.
Good luck
