I was looking at your pictures and trying to figure out whaat your question is. Looks to me like the three bolts that hold the weight to the rim should just drive out. On my 8n I have one rim like yours and one that has loops thru which the bolts pass thru. They both work the same. If you used the weights then three of the bolts would just have to be longer.
