Hey y'all 8N'r tubers,
I wanna paint ole "Cynthia Adeline". Yes I named her. Named her after my 5th great grandma. I am now in the process of stripping, sanding ,grinding and sand blasting her. No, I have not solved the fuel consumption thing. Still working on that. I decided I was tired of working on something that has flaking paint and rust. Thought I might put her in primer and then decide on how much factual restoration I want. This brings me to the question. If there is a paint expert out there? I would like to know of a good primer that can be used with any paint if such a thing exists. I probably will not use the original Ford paint. I don't want to spend a $1000 dollars on paint. Anyone know of a good substitute that is suitable? Thanks.
Regards,
RVW, Michigan
