Hey guys,
I don't know for sure which engine I have in my 8N. The engine was rebuilt about 8 to 10 years ago and it has fewer than 20 actual operating hours. I have replaced the autolite 216 plugs with the autolite 437 on a recomendation from two or three rebuilders I have read online. I don't know the differance in the plugs. Would like input on that subject. Thanks. Also since the engine was rebuit by a supposed good Ford Tractor mechanic, I would like to know what gas should I burn? Regular unleaded plain or with a lead additive. If a good mechanic rebuilt her do you think he would have instlled the proper valve guides and should I even be worried. Thanks
