i recently bought a 46 9n, my first tractor.the right side brake locked up.for some reason the pedel doesn't spring back up when you let go of it. i just pull it up with my foot.i was pulling a finish mower today, i parked it, went out later to move it and brake is locked up.any help would be greatly apreciated.
