Glad to help with that. 1st is all the way to the right and up. 2nd is in the middle and down, 3rd is back to the right and down, 4th is back to the middle and up and reverse is all the way left and up. By the way, you can still get reprints of the owners manual for your tractor. You might want to get the I&T FO-19 service manual too. Oh one more small point. Your '54 is a NAA. Only the '53 could be called a Jubilee.
