Sorry I posted in wrong question. It should have been in the no start question below this one.
But I'm interested in govenors also. I rebuil my carb and the new shaft with the butterfly valve is too stiff. Now it goes from idle to full throttle nothing inbetween. Think I will put my old butterfly shaft back in.
