Should be no problem as I have used a 72" finishing mower behind my Jubilee for the past 10 or more years.
I will admit that the tractor sounds like it is lugging when cutting heavy tall grass, over the weeping bed for example.
But your horsepower is not that different than mine. An 8n should produce about 26hp and a jubilee around 30.
Try cutting in first gear if the grass is heavy and second if light. Remember you are not cutting with a bush hog that has lots of room for debris above the blades.
