Tractor valve is influnced gdreatly by wheter it runs or not. In my part of the country a good running one will bring 2500 or so. a non runner if you are luckly will bring 1000. If you can play with it and get it running it will be worth while. From what I can see it appears to be a late model 8N. Distributor looks like it is on the right side of the engine. frsom the one picture it looks like the sheet medal is in good condition.
