Larry,
My dad bought that bumper from a friend of his that has a tractor repair shop. It apparently came off of a parts tractor he used to have. We have another one just like it except that the lower loop portion is missing on it. In fact, the bumper that came on this 8N apparently started out like it but was modified by a previous owner. Most of the top loops were cut off, the bottom loop was cut off, and another piece was welded behind and below of the main channel piece.
