For that price i would buy it and take the gamble. Flush the radiator and fill with plain water. If you do get anitfreeze into the oil, it will destroy the bearings. Keep an eye on it and see what you get. You can get some gunk in radiator from normal operations or a bad head gasket. While there are no oil passages in the head you could get some oil in water from cylinders thru a bad head gasket or warped head. Might even try retorquing the head bolts or studs.
as far as repairing a creacked block, I don't have a clue.
you could make money on it by parting it out if you had to.
