I think the started was burnt up. It start a couple of times with me turning the key and taping on the housing at the same time. Then I noticed a little bit of smoke come out of the end of the starter. However, I took starter off and the end cap popped off, and I don't believe I can put back together. So, I just ordered a new one that will be in on Wed. Thanks thought Larry.
