on the smiths site under id/history it will tell you where to find the serial number and then it shows what all the numbers mean s to model and year. The five speed first came out on the 600 series I believe. It was a option also in 4 speed. then you had a model with live pto and nonlive PTO. i will look at our pictures some moe and then look on smiths site to see if i can narror it down abit.
