Toe in should only be about 1/4 inch. The steering boes can be rebuilt and should be full of 90 wt gear oil. some people put grease in them when the seals wear out. I believe that all the parts are avaibale. If someone had oversize tires on front it may also be hard to steer, but it should be the same as a 2N.
