Today I picked up a 52 8N was driving off the trailer when I shifted it into reverse the gearshift pulled out of the transmission. It took me a couple of minutes and was able to reinsert back in and drove it around shifting gears for another 30 minutes. My question is Is this normal? How do I fix? I noticed when putting it in nuetral it makes a funny noise, I assume it has something to do with the gearshift being able to come out. Thanks for any info.
