yes there is spark at the plugs and there is fuel to the carb the thing is fuel wont go up to the engine from the carb the float doesnt stick. i was wondering if the battery might be too weak the engine turns over. i put the charger on it and turned it over like that and no difference. i have even put fuel in the cylinders to see if that helps. Is it possible to pop start this tractor?
