Popping sound when working the tractor

I have a NAA that I've been using to move some dirt around in my yard with a back blade. The ground is pretty good soil by somewhat packed. After working at it for a couple of days today it started making a popping sound in the drive train somewhere. It's actually a double pop. And it seems like it makes it for each revolution of the rear wheel. I can even feel it when it pops. It does it in both forward and reverse. Any ideas what this is?
