I have addressed this type problem on other postings. For built a vent hole on top of these
gas tanks on a bubble. The do not usuall stop up
as tank pressure when hot and vacuum as they cool
keeps them open. The governor is the force behind your power. Start it and in low gear go up
a good incline. The governor should keep it from stalling out. The throttle is connected to the
governor and the governor is connected to the carb.
