Well, I ran it for an hour and then dragged the plow to the garage. When I got back two hours later, enough heat had transfered to the hydraulics to make 'em work. Actually, I found a really old wire heater - feels like mostly lead - in the garage (house it 200+ years old), plugged it in and it's warming the floor and hydraulics. However, looks like tomorrow will be the only day above freezing this week so I'm going to take Billy's advice and drain the sucker. Thanks for the help guys!
