Dan, Put a 200 watt light bulb underneath the rear end of the tractor and throw a tarp over it to keep the heat in. It may thaw it out enough to get the hydraulics working which will heat it up more. Hope this helps. It has worked for me before. In fact it helps speed up the warming of the hydraulic system.
