How big of a job is it to replace the plate under the throttle lever, The one with the bumps that keep the throttle from changing it's setting? The 1951 8N I just bought has a very warn plate and/or throttle lever. The seller said that the throttle will not stay in position at higher settings but will vibrate lower. Looks like the throttle lever has to come off to get the plate off. Are these parts readily available? THANKS TED
