There should not be fluid in the clutch housing (chassis) where the clutch linkage goes through. The front tranny seal is leaking. There is a hole in the bottom of the chassis that should have a cotter key in it.
The hole must be stopped up and not letting the fluid drip out. The hole is behind the drain plug near the rear of the clutch housing (chassis). You will have to split the tractor to repair this.
Get the drip hole cleaned out and see how bad the leak is and you may decide to live with it.
