Hello, I just bought a 9n that was sitting at a dairy for along time. I can not get the brakes to release. I,m sure they are rusted shut. The adjuster won,t move. I drug the tractor onto the trailer with a come-along and they still didn,t release. Any suggestions would be greatley appreciated.
