Yes 90 weight MINERAL OIL is best for the Ford (If you can find it!)

Its best to put 4.5 gal into the tranny using the filler plug by the shifter. Also take out the bottom bolt of the inspection cover..(below your right foot when sitting on the tractor) When fluid comes out, that should do it!! Too much fluid will flood the wheel seals!!
