The problem is most likely the carb. It has very small passages through which air and gas pass. You need to get a container of Berrymans carb. cleaner, completely disassemble the carb., and soak all the parts in the cleaner at least overnight. The Berrymans cleaner comes in a container with a mess holder in it to put the parts in. After it's soaked overnight then reassemble it with a rebuild kit and adjust per the FO-4 Manual. The usual carb cleaner and rebuild kit won't get it as clean as it needs to be. Good luck, Billy
