Search for Tractor Parts:Tractor Part (Use singular keywords... for example, "radiator" as opposed to "radiators"):

Get a hydrometer for less than 10.00 and check each cell in the battery. Start searching the electrical if they are all OK. The batt will show a good charge but may not be able to carry the amperage needed to turn the engine over.
