get an IT MANUAL , it shows how to set up the top cover to get the maximum out of the hyd. also where is the little lever on the top cover pointing ? one way is in draft control ( this is for plowing ) one way only raises or lowers the implement and one ways is positon control(wher if you move the control arm an inch the implement shoul move an inch or two) if the levert is down i believe it is draft control and if the lever is in up postion it is in lever control good luck.
